Liberte Consulting Limited is the corporate name for Liberte Consulting and Mindsonnet. In this Policy we will refer to Liberte Consulting Limited as "Liberte", “we” and “us”.

Liberte Consulting maintains high standards for the protection of data to ensure that user information remains private and is only used for the purpose it was collected.

 

Liberte Consulting follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose or discuss sensitive information with you.

This is stored and where possible can be deleted or amended freely by yourself as required.

  1. Provide a personalised experience - We use your details to communicate personally with you.

  2. Communications - We use your email to send messages, notifications, important updates.

  4. Notifications – We may use the App to directly notify you as per normally App-based-notification functionality. You can opt in and out of any of these notifications as you wish.

Non-Identifying Information

We collect other information that you provide to us by interacting with our app or services. Non-Identifying information is information that cannot be reasonably used to identify or contact you.

We collect this information to gain insights on how our service are used, with the objective of providing you with a better experience and to improve the quality and value of the services.

We may share non-personal information, such as aggregated user statistics with third parties for a variety of purposes, in our sole discretion. But we only do so in such a way that no individual user is specifically identified or linked to any specific action or information.

Children's information

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use any App services provided by us, and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. We recommend that children between the ages of 13 and 18 obtain their parent's permission before submitting information over the internet. You also warrant any information you enter is as per the primary use-case of the App or Service and is not entered for any purpose the App or Service was not designed for.

If at any point we detect or are informed about any information which violates this policy we will delete this information, account, and/or take further action as required by the relevant country authorities and regulations.

We care about your Privacy and we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, although, we share your information in the following ways:

  1. Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information. We may share aggregated information that does not include Personal Information and we may disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling or other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, analytics and improvement of the Service's features) or to assist us in analysing how our Service are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  3. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Liberte cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We can disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process including, but not limited to, subpoenas, to protect the property and rights of Liberte or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

  4. Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. Liberte reserves the right to disclose and transfer user information, including personal information, in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of certain stock and/or assets, or other corporate change including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.

 

Controlling your Information
